Generated Outputs

Generated Outputs is where you find everything the assistant and agents have produced: drafted documents, summaries, analysis results, compliance checklists, and any other work product. Nothing here is final until you approve it.

Finding an output

Outputs appear in two places: in the conversation where they were produced, and in the Generated Outputs section of the menu. From the menu view you can filter by case, client, date, or output type.

Reviewing an output

Tap any output to open it. Read the content carefully. Below the document you will see which agent or assistant session produced it and which case it belongs to. If the output needs changes, you can ask the assistant to revise it — each revision is saved as a new version.

Approving an output

Tap Approve to mark an output as professionally reviewed and accepted. An approved output can be exported and delivered to a client. Unapproved outputs cannot be exported — this is a platform-level rule, not a preference setting.

Exporting an output

From an approved output, tap Export and choose the format: PDF or Word document. The exported file is ready to send to your client. A record of the export is saved against the case.

Output versions

Every revision of an output is kept. The version list is visible in the output detail view. The approved version is clearly marked. If you approve a later revision, the approval moves to that version and the previous approval is superseded.
