A review is your formal sign-off on a piece of work. Every time the platform asks you to confirm an action — advancing a case stage, approving an agent output, resolving a risk flag — your response becomes a review record attached permanently to that case.
The platform will ask for a review at defined points: when a case moves between stages, when an agent completes a task and its output needs approval, and when a risk flag is resolved. You will see a clear prompt on screen with the details of what you are being asked to approve.
Read the information presented, add any notes you want to record, and tap Approve or the relevant action button. Your name, the date and time, and any notes you added are saved with the review record. You cannot undo a review once submitted, so read carefully before confirming.
Some workflows require more than one person to approve before work proceeds. If this is configured for your firm, you will see a list of who has reviewed and who is still required. The platform holds the case at that stage until all required approvals are in.
The full review history for any case is visible in the case detail screen under the Reviews tab. You can see every approval, who made it, when, and any notes recorded at the time.
Platform features and interface are subject to continuous improvement. Descriptions in this guide may not reflect the exact layout or wording of the latest released version.
