Risk flags are alerts raised automatically when an agent notices something that needs your attention before work continues. They are not errors — they are the platform asking for your professional judgment on a specific point.
Active risk flags appear in the Risk Flags section of the menu and as an indicator on the relevant case. A case with open flags will show a flag icon next to its name in the Cases list.
Tap a flag to open it. You will see a description of what the agent noticed, which document or case section it relates to, and the severity level. Read the detail and decide how to respond.
You have three options: acknowledge the flag and continue, escalate it to another team member, or dismiss it with a written reason. All three responses are recorded permanently against the case. A dismissed flag with no reason provided will be rejected by the platform — the reason field is required.
Flags marked as critical must be resolved before the case can move to the next stage. The platform will not allow progression with an open critical flag. If you believe a critical flag has been raised in error, dismiss it with a clear explanation and the case will proceed.
All flags, including dismissed ones, remain visible in the case history. This is by design: the record of what was flagged and how it was handled is part of the professional record for that matter.
Platform features and interface are subject to continuous improvement. Descriptions in this guide may not reflect the exact layout or wording of the latest released version.
